Geraint Lovgreen has been releasing albums since 1985 and his voice and piano style are a part of the fabric of the Welsh music scene. He popped in to the straw bale studio to arrange a session. We had a gap and so we threw him straight in!

He played a beautiful, poignant song about friends that have passed away, mentioning his friends by name much like Marvin Gaye did in Abraham, Martin and John. Then he sang two songs he'd written with lyrics by another late friend of his, the bard Ifan Llwyd.

Canodd gân hyfryd, ddwysbigol am gyfeillion ry'n ni wedi colli, Hydref o Hyd. Wedyn dau gân sgrifennodd e ar eiriau ei gyfaill y bardd Iwan Llwyd.
